Emily Pavlik, LMFT, LADC

As a therapist, I aim to help people positively adapt to the circumstances that they are given in life.
Often times our problems will not go away. In these situations, my goal is to assist with learning how to cope and manage challenges in a way that brings an overall improved quality of life, harmony, and happiness.

Other times it's about figuring out what we want in life or how to stop holding ourselves back from getting what we want. I take a proactive approach, and work hard to meet the goals that my clients have as an individual, as partners or as a family.
